vivo iQOO Z1 launched with 144Hz screen and Mediatek Dimensity 1000+ SoC: specifications, price

The phone has even higher screen refresh rate than the popular Samsung Galaxy S20.

What is with iQOO Z1?

vivo iQOO Z1 is the world’s first phone to be cuddled by the Dimensity 1000+ SoC that offers an identical 5G modem and built on a 7nm process. The chipset is paired with up to 8-gigabyte of RAM and up to 256-gigabyte of internal storage onboard.

It rocks Android 10, iQOO UI 1.0 out of the box and sports a 6.57-inch Full-HD+ LCD display with an output resolution of 1080 x 2408 pixels, 20:9 aspect ratio and more importantly a higher screen refresh rate of 144Hz.

The phone packs a 4500 mAh battery with 44W fast charging support that can power up the handset up to 50 percent in just 23 minutes. It weighs 195g and has 8.9mm thickness and comes in Galaxy Silver and Space Blue colors.

vivo iQOO Z1 offers triple primary camera that has 48-megapixel main shooter, 8-megapixel ultrawide and 2-megapixel macro sensors. While the 16-megapixel selfie snapper resides at the punch hole for stunning selfies and videocalls.

In addition to that, the iQOO Z1 has 5.0 bluetooth version, 192kHz audio and Mali-G77 MC9 GPU.

Price and availability

iQOO Z1 is expected to be on the market shelf by June 2020 with price starting from about 280 EUR (roughly 1130 AED).
